Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers & Methods We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Due to the size and weight of trolling motors and marine electronics, some items may ship via freight carrier — you will be notified if this applies to your order.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories at this time.Prices displayed on product pages do not include taxes or handling charges unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Estimates All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Risk of Loss Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier pickup. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@trollingmotors.shop with photos of the damage.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large items such as trolling motors. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or carrier limitations.

International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and are interested in a product, please contact us at fred@cmyservices.com to discuss options.
