30-Day Returns

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@cmyservices.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Free Return Shipping

We cover return shipping costs on all eligible returns — no questions asked. Simply email us and we'll send you a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

• Motors that have been mounted, used, or show signs of water exposure cannot be returned.
• Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
• Defective or damaged items are covered under the manufacturer's warranty — contact us at info@cmyservices.com and we'll help coordinate the warranty claim directly with the brand.
