Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at fred@cmyservices.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns should be sent to: 4225 Taylor Road, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at fred@cmyservices.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at fred@cmyservices.com.
